He is survived by: his nephew Bryan Norris; his son Samuel Thorne Gregory III (April) of Creedmoor; his brother Robert Beckwith "Bob" Gregory of Scotland Neck; his brother-in-law Richard Lee Milford IV (Melissa) of Michigan; his nephew Richard Lee Milford V (Lara) of Texas; his great-nephew Isaac Ellis Milford; his sister Blanche Beckwith Gregory Garrell (Michael) of Shepherdstown, WV; his niece Heather Garrell Berg (Dax); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ender and Zen Ruckus Berg; and his nephews, Justin Michael Garrell (Ellie Emami) and Matthew Garrell of Australia.
