We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2021, at the age of 89, Joan Wommack Dudley (Scotland Neck, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Owen F. Dudley Sr. of Scotland Neck; her sister Jeanette W. Rountree; and her nephew John E. Dudley. She is survived by: her sons, Owen F. Dudley Jr. (Sue) of Naples, Fla. and George H. Dudley (Kathy) of Wake Forest; her grandchildren, Michele D. Ward of Morehead City, J. Brooks Dudley of Durham, G. Howard Dudley Jr. (Meg) of Dunn and David "Rob" Dudley of Wake Forest; her great grandchildren, Mary Stuart Ward of Morehead City, Lindsay, Julia Dudley of Dunn and Pokey; and also Janet B. Dudley of New Bern.
Due to COVID the family will have a private service.
