He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Evans, Sr. and Inell S. Evans; his sister Lula Mae Lewis; his daughter Deborah Green of Joppa, Maryland; his siblings, William Evans, Curtis Evans (Esther) of Baltimore, John Evans, Horace Evans of Scotland Neck, Verneatha Evans Tillery of Scotland Neck, Pattie Evans of Kansas City and Joann Evans of Rocky Mount; his sister-in-law Mabel Evans of Scotland Neck; his grandchildren, Shinise Robinson of Abingdon and Kristina Green of Baltimore, Maryland; and his great grandchildren, Sharmar Robinson, McKenzie Hopkins and Kristopher Cockrell of Maryland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
