It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Louise Cowey (Scotland Neck, North Carolina), who passed away on April 18, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Cowey; and her brother Dale Cowey. She is survived by: her mother Mary Smyser Davis; her siblings, Linda Singleton (Gary) of Brooksville, FL, Robin D. Barwick (Larry) of Palmyra, VA, Carol Cowey of Scotland Neck, NC and Tom Cowey (Pam) of Spring Hill, FL; and her sister-in-law Marie Cowey of New Bern, NC. She is also survived by many aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
