He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Harrell and Beulah Pledger Harrell; his son Jerry Harrell; and his brother Raleigh Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Nannie; his son Jeremy Harrell (Charity) of Jamestown, NY; his siblings, Mary "Sissy" Piland (Calvin) of Sunbury, NC, Chester Harrell (Janet) of Suffolk, VA and Danny Harrell of Panama City, FL; and his grandchildren, Magan, Abby Harrell, Tyler Harrell, Storm Harrell, Billy and James Thompson.
