He is survived by: his wife Nelda Northcott Bowen; his daughter Beth Ellen Bowen of Colerain; his siblings, Syble Meeks of Fayetteville, NC and Claude Bowen (Faye) of Clayton, NC; and his sister-in-law Katherine Northcott of Colerain, NC..
