She is survived by: her parents, Margaret Woodward of Rembert, SC and Marvin Fulcher; her stepmother Ginny Fulcher (Hector Padilla) of Coinjock; her children, Olivia Evan Comstock of Wanchese and Skylar Kizen Comstock of Wanchese; her stepsons, Geverly Torres (Brittany) of Houston, TX, Hugo Padilla of Houston, TX and Allan Padilla (Sailra) of Houston, TX; and her brothers, Richard Fulcher and Michael Fulcher. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
