It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claude Parks Boyd Sr. of Scotland Neck, North Carolina, who passed away on November 15, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Addie Lee Boyd and James Elisha Boyd Sr. (Betty Ann Boyd); and his brothers, James Elisha, Harry Lee and Clarence DeWitt Boyd.
He is survived by: his son Parks Boyd (Susan) of Scotland Neck; his grandchildren, Dana Boyd (Sara) of Phoenix City, AL, Tracy Boyd (Aaron Houle) of Scotland Neck and Anna Paige Boyd of Scotland Neck; and his great grandchildren, Watson Boyd, Lennox Houle and Ivy Houle.
