He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Sybil Irene Fulton; his wife Faye (Baker); his great grandchild Alexandria Grace; his stepgrandson Eddie Jr. As; and his siblings, Phillip, Dick, Bobby, Allen, Paul, Ed and Carolyn (Proctor).
He is survived by: his children, Roy, Roger, Wanda and Sherry; his sons-in-law, Tim Drewry and Eddie Spence Sr.; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Tony, Byron, Cory, Chris, Allyson, Joshua and Heather; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Ethan, Madlynn, Benjamin and Madisyn; and his siblings, Joe (Vicky), Dot (Bill) and Bet. He is also survived by 3 sisters-in-law and 3 brothers-in-law; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
