He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Miller and Cora Octa Miller; and his siblings, Daisy Miller Brown, Helen Miller Brown, Mae Miller, John Flavis Miller, Janie Louise Miller Dockery, Margaret Lorane Miller, Ruth Miller Corpening, Esther Miller Garrett Hill, Ruby Jeanette Miller Mason, William David Arrie Miller and Anna Bell Miller Mason.

He is survived by: his wife Hazel Wood Miller; and his sisters, Naomi Miller Johnston and Loretta Norris. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
