He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Ballew and Velma Ballew. He is survived by: his sister Martha Ballew Tolbert of Clarkesville; his niece Michelle Tolbert Barron (Casey) of Mt. Airy; his nephew Brent Tolbert (Stephanie) of Clarkesville; and his great-nephews, Grant Barron, Samuel Tolbert and Linton Tolbert. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
