She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Eugene Harrell; her daughter Barbara Jean Grimsley; her grandson James Edward McGee IV; her sons-in-law, Dr. Jimmie R. Grimsley and James E. McGee III; and her brother Douglas Craft.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary H. McGee of Asheville and Betty H. Wooten (John) of Wilson; her grandchildren, Susan G. Stephens (Brent) of Winston-Salem, Jimmie "Richie" Grimsley (Ashley) of Cary, Charles Eugene McGee (Katie) of Asheville, Tyson Harrell Wooten (Jan) of Wilson and William Eugene Wooten (Diego) of Washington, DC; and her great grandchildren, Luke Stephens, Matthew Stephens, Ali Grimsley, Brooke Grimsley, Mariella McGee, Graham McGee, Lily Wooten and Liza Wooten.
