He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Maddox and Virginia Maddox; his son Jason Maddox; and his siblings, Robert Maddox (Helen) and Geraldine Maddox.
He is survived by: his significant other Linda Maddox; his daughter Amy Holway (Chris); and his grandchildren, Gannon and Paloma.
