He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Farrow of Detroit, MI, Keesha Hillman of Romulus, MI and La-Keeyatta Steward of Brooklyn, NY; and his siblings, Charlie Farrow (Mary) of Raleigh, NC, Robert of Sanford, NC, Larry Farrow (Stella) of Sanford, NC, Frances Farrow of Sanford, NC and Elizabeth Ann Hankerson of Avenel, NJ. He is also survived by three godchildren and other relatives and friends.

He was a great friend and when he would walk pass my check stand he always hollered “ hey Jay”. It did not matter who I was checking out, he let me know he was passing through. Tony, was on my mind. My first thought was he had finally moved to Wilmington. Refused to believe anything else. Today I learned my friend was at peace. Tony, I will 4ever miss you! Jay”
