He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Deaton of Sanford, NC.; his daughters, Melissa Sue Deaton of Mexico and Cherish Lynn Deaton (Derrion) of Sanford; his stepdaughter Trisha Ann Kirkwood of Texas; and his sisters, Emily Deaton (Larry) of Sanford, NC, Robin Robinson (Terrence) of Sanford, NC, Brenda Buckner (Lee) of Travelers Rest and Kathy Foote (Carlos) of Easley.
