He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirby Lee Johnson and Idella Hall Johnson; and his siblings, Altie Hunter, Jessie Heath, Helen Johnson, Buddy Johnson (Heck) and Kirby Johnson, Jr. (Bud).
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Tolliver Johnson; his daughter Crystal King Creed; his granddaughter Lexus Creed; his great grandchild Emilynn-Grace Wallington; his sister Doris Johnson O'Quinn Smith; his sons, Kenneth King (Kim) and Keith King (Laura); his stepdaughter Andrea Alexander (Chris); and his stepgrandchildren, Ethan Hines and Whitney Alexander. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home (600 W Main St, Sanford, NC 27332). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
