He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Eugene Moore and Helen Marie Allen Moore; and his son George Fielding Moore. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Lee Scott Moore; his daughter Tiffany Marie; his grandchildren, Brina, Trinity, Ella and Grady; and his brothers, Danny Moore (JoAnn), Terry Moore (Loretta), Steve Moore (Victoria) and Mike Moore (Debbie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
