He is survived by: his daughter Gina Butner Mayer (Brad); his grandchildren, Bradley Mayer, Braydon Mayer and Brooklyn Mayer; his sister Joyce Lloyd; his niece Kim Crosby; his nephew Phillip Lloyd; and his sister-in-law Dolores Butner (Lorrie).
