With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ricky Lee Yarborough of Sanford, North Carolina, who passed away on February 21, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, C. V. Yarborough and Eva Mae Whitaker Yarborough; his granddaughter Hayden Lynn Spivey; and his sister-in-law Wanda Yarborough. He is survived by: his wife Shirl Yarborough; his daughters, Lori Yarborough Carroll and Jennifer Leigh Yarborough; his siblings, Ronnie Yarborough and Susan Yarborough Stone (Andy); and his grandchildren, Kaley Carroll, Addison Carroll, Cameron Carroll, Kyleigh Taylor and Kale Taylor.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bridges-Cameron Funeral Home (600 W Main St, Sanford, NC 27332). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Edgewood Presbyterian Church (316 W McIntosh St, Sanford, NC 27330-7299).
