She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Glenn and Dinah Douglas (Creed); her husband Leon Cummings; her son Sammy Cummings; her siblings, Billy Douglas, Neil Douglas, Lloyd Douglas, Floyd Douglas and Elsie Carpenter (Douglas); and her grandsons, Robbie Lynn Cummings and William Samuel "David" Cummings.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Moss of Portsmouth, VA and Lin Cummings (Jennifer) of Lillington, NC; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Daniels (Tony) of Lexington, NC.; and her grandchildren, Mark O'Conner (Michelle), Pam Hall (Richard), Sammy "Junior" Cummings (Karen) of Michelle, Bethea (Alan), Jennifer Chappell (Phillip), Nicole "Cari" Odom (Philip) and Cayce Maples (Chris). She is also survived by 19 Great-Grandchildren and 11 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
