With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Mansfield of Sanford, North Carolina, who passed away on February 22, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Garland Cox, Sr. and Beulah Buchanan Cox; and her siblings, Cox, Jr., Wilford Lee Cox, Johnny Cox, Bobby Gray Cox, Helen Jewel Cox, Laurie Cox Lloyd and Betty Jo Cox Lucas.

She is survived by : her husband Larry Mansfield; her children, Tony Mansfield (Liz) and Hope Mansfield Argabright (Van); her sister Polly Holt of Sanford; and her grandchildren, Emily Argabright Ferreira (Austin), Rachel Lynn Argabright and Cierra Lauren Mitchell. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
