He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Baker, Sr. and Elizabeth Lacy Hickman Baker; and his brothers, Robert Lee Baker, Jr., Gary Lee Baker and Jerry Wayne Baker.
He is survived by: his daughter Lynsi Collins (Dwayne); his siblings, Peggy Baker McPherson, Judy Baker McPherson, James Edward "Buster" Baker, Brenda Baker Phillips (Bobby), Johnny Baker (Nancy) and Billy Ray Baker (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Laci Charm Collins of Dwayne, Armor Collins, Carl Evan Collins and Colby Ryan Collins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
