She is survived by: her children, Josie Womble (Jimmy), Linel Williams (Pearlie), Mary Royal, Louis Williams, Roosevelt Williams, Elizabeth Ware, Rosa Wiley Janette Houston (Nathaniel) and Linda Ware; her stepdaughter Lela Christian of Sanford, NC; her brothers, Charles Washington and Nehemiah Washington (Dolly); her friend Lula Mae Blue; and her sister-in-law Louise Washington. She is also survived by twenty nine grandchildren, thirty plus great grandchildren.
