He was predeceased by: his parents, Garrie Leland Jackson and Lottie Mae Creech Jackson; his siblings, Annette Jackson Hayes, Waylon Mitchell Jackson and Leland Hubert Jackson; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Jackson and Edward Hayes; and his father-in-law Howard Conder.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Conder Jackson; his sons, John Christopher Jackson (Jill) of Raleigh and Larry Matthew Jackson (Jessica) of Sanford; his brother Daniel Garrie Jackson (Jean) of Sanford; his sisters-in-law, Judy Jackson, Ann Apple (Ronnie) and Sharon Gordon; his mother-in-law Ruth Conder of Sanford; and his grandchildren, Luke Jackson, Kate Jackson of Sanford, Margaret Jackson and Oscar Jackson of Raleigh. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
