It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie Mae Blackmon Jamerson of Sanford, North Carolina, who passed away on September 2, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Blackmon and Stella Ammons Blackmon; her husband Floyd Calvin Jamerson Sr.; and her siblings, Johnny Ray Blackmon, Bobby Blackmon, Mary Stone and Evelyn Oldham.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Renee Jamerson, Jessie Lynn Jamerson and Floyd Calvin Jamerson Jr. (Crystal); her grandchildren, Brandon Scott Jamerson (Megan), Jordan Chase Jamerson, Dustin Charles Jamerson and Sabrina Jessalynn Jamerson; her great grandchildren, Connor Michael Jamerson, Dakota William Jamerson, Seth Leland Barnette, Autumn Belle Barnette and Jacie Lynn Watson; and her siblings, Beulah Stone (Buster), Jimmy Blackmon (Bonnie) and Kenny Blackmon (Kathy).
