It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Darrell Kirk of Sanford, North Carolina, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Kirk and Jewel Frye Kirk; his wife Jean Kirk; his siblings, Kay Kirk and Jackie Kirk; and his grandson Larry Wayne Warren.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Kirk Warren (Danny) of Sanford, Connie Kirk Hardesty (Tim) of Sarasota, Florida and Darrell Lloyd Kirk of Sanford. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
