He is survived by: his children, Joel (Amanda), Jamie and Joshua (Brittany); his grandsons, Cooper and Silas; his children, Christian, Kaitlyn, Caleb, Beau and Finnlay; his siblings, Ed (Mona), Byllye and Sylvia; and the mothers of children, Patty Puthuff (Bob) and Trish Fordyce. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association in Jimi's memory.
