He is survived by: his daughters, Traci Bazala Willett (Brian) and Carrie Bazala Morris (Chris); his grandsons, Jacob Willett (Allison), CJ Morris (Jenna) and Ashley Morris (Nicole); his great grandchildren, Harper, Bentley and Walker Morris; and his brother Robert Bazala (Antonette). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
