He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Elbert and Fay Matthews Badgett; his wife Ethel Yow Badgett; and his brother James Ralph Badgett. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Bowman (Terry) and Joan Robbins (John); his grandchildren, Neal Bowman (Laura), Mark Bowman (Brittany), Lori Wheeler (Brian), Peter Robbins, David Robbins and Patrick Robbins; and his sisters, Dot Boaz and Rachel Lawrence. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
