He was predeceased by: his parents, Phoenix McNeill and Almeta Parrish McNeill; his brothers, Mitchell and Carlton McNeill; and his siblings-in-law, Janice, Grace, Donna and Wayne Poe.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Sharpe McNeill; his daughters, Kerri of Raleigh and Julie of Sanford; and his siblings, Phyllis Poe of Sanford, Elaine Brown (Marcelle) of Lillington, Jane Sullivan (George), Robin Thompson (JW) of Sanford and Tim McNeill of Cameron. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
