She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Lee Cox and Lula Mae Allen Cox of Sanford, NC; her husband James P. Maddox; and her siblings, Edna Hall, Marie Rosser, Paul Cox, Mae Watson and Dale Cox.
She is survived by: her sister Elsie Cameron; her daughters, Emily Ti-An Ferrell (Keith) of Wake Forest, NC and Melody Dawn Noell (Matthew) of Largo, FL.; and her grandchildren, Sydney Wolaver, Olivia Ferrell, Henry Noell and Paul Noell.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Center United Methodist Church (4141 S Plank Rd, Sanford, NC 27330).
