We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2024, at the age of 91, Eleanor Haynes Corns of Sanford, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Robert Haynes and Sarah Hughs Haynes; her husband Franklin Delano Corns; and her siblings, Ernest Robert Haynes Jr., Helen Haynes Edwards and Virginia Haynes Williams.

She is survived by: her children, Barry Corns (Sue), Debbie Kay Corns Harris, Donnie Corns (Amanda) and Kevin Lee Corns; her sister-in-law Coachie Haynes; and her friend Jill Haug.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Cool Springs Baptist Church, 1313 Cool Springs Road, Sanford, NC 27330.
