With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debby Marks of Sanford, North Carolina, who passed away on November 28, 2024 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Debby may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Debby touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her mother Diana Kellam Cobb; her husband Gregory Marks; and her sisters, Glynis Warren and Brenda Hawkins. She is survived by: her father David Oldham; her daughters, Jessica Gautier (Danny) of Vass and Hannah Marks (Mathew) of Sanford; her stepdaughter Angela Marks (Berkeley) of Sanford; and her siblings, Linda Luther (Frank) of Clyde, NC, Amanda Nichols of Sanford, Tonya Oldham Ingle of Waynesville, NC and Bobby Cobb of Mamers. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
