He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Joe and Mae Sharpe; his son Parrish Sharpe (late Pat Sharpe); and his siblings, Becky Kelly, Deanna Valle, Donna Bryant, Van Sharpe and Frankie Sharpe.
He is survived by: his daughter Autumn Sharpe; his sisters, Jenny Kennedy, Patty Stone, Frances Kelly and Jackie Tart; his close friends, Polly Buchanan, Barbara Simpson and Andrea Osborne; and his pets, Sandy, Diesel, Bandit and Chico.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rogers-Pickard Funeral Home (509 Carthage St, Sanford, NC 27330).
