She was predeceased by: her parents, Ouida Deal and Allgood; her siblings, Bill Allgood, Frances Almond and Lou Yow; and her brother-in-law Wayne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Jackson Spivey and Waynette Jackson Bibey; her granddaughters, Caitlin Meinhardt (Adam), Mallory R. K. Blue (Deon), Johnna Spivey (Gabby) and Anna Spivey Herrin (Kyle); her sisters, Sarah Kay Logue, Joan Wicker (Gary) and Edna Foushee; and her pets, Whitie, Boots, Piglet and Smokey.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rogers Pickard Funeral Home (509 Carthage St, Sanford, NC 27330). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the White Hill Presbyterian Church (3335 White Hill Rd, Sanford, NC 27332). A burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at the White Hill Presbyterian Church Cemetery (3335 White Hill Rd, Sanford, NC 27332).
