Adrian touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Leonard Smith, Sr. and Carrie Lynn Craig Smith; his wife Sandra Ussery Smith; and his sister Carolyn Sue West. He is survived by: his children, Lora Wright (Steve) and Alan Smith (Jennifer); his stepson Frankie Pruett (Carla); his brother Robert Lynn Smith; his grandchildren, Katie Warren (Roy), Jamie Coakley (Matt), Jacob Smith and Colton Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Marissa Thomas, Steven Wright and Bradley Wright (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Cheyanne and Addison Warren.

“Jr. was such a 'feeling' person, with prolific song-writing and musical gifts (esp. guitar). I remember his wit and sentiment shining-thru many times. Although he struggled to walk in later years, he was quite strong and agile in earlier seasons of life...tree-climbing in his parents' front yard! I will miss this one-of-a-kind, kind-hearted cousin. May the Lord bring many comforts to his family, with each glimpse of memory and loss. Bob Mutter Jr.”
