She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Reid and Nannie Throckmorton Reid; her husband Clayton; her siblings, Ola Throckmorton, Margaret Tilley, Martha George, Linda Stevens and Jim Reid; and her son-in-law Ronnie Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Moorefield (Shelia), Robin Moorefield (Barbara), Tony Moorefield (Myrna), Jerry Moorefield (Meritza), Donna Mitchell, Julie Page (Gary) and Cindy Boles (Terry); her siblings, Sam Reid (Jane) and Judy Puckett (Leon); her grandchildren, Meredith James (Greg), Adam Mitchell, Michael Moorefield (Christian), Justin Moorefield (Keisha), Josh McCollum, Amanda Carroll (Matthew), Sarah Carlson (Nick), Zach Boles (Amanda), Nich Boles (Madison), Alexa Pope (Austin) and Jackson Moorefield (Salem); and her great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Noah, Shepherd, Charlotte, Everette Moorefield, Dylan, Ashlyn James, Clayton, Dawson Mitchell, Austin, Parker Moorefield, Hannah, Haylee Carroll, Maeve, Milo Carlson, Wiley Boles and Davis Pope.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to support the Activity Department at Oak Forest Health and Rehabilitation.
