He is survived by: his wife Patsy Martin Oakley; his daughter Dawn Oakley Boles (Frankie); his sisters, Gloria Joyce (Ralph), Frances Wilkens and Bonnie Handy; and his grandchildren, Maranda Fowlkes, Makensie Wagner, Jon and Zach Fowlkes.
