It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Austin Martin (Sandy Ridge, North Carolina), born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearlie Clayton Martin and Emma King Martin; and his brothers, Walter, Harold, Herbert and J. C. Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Janie Amos Martin; his daughter Donna Sue Martin (Todd Gann); and his close friend Joan Joyce. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
