He was predeceased by: his father William A. Rowland. He is survived by: his mother Betty Davis Rowland; his wife Bonnie S. Collins; his daughters, Krista Purser (Rommie), Amber Fisher (Roger) and Tiffany Conner (Will); his brother Gary Kenneth Collins (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Barrett, Baden, Branna, Brogan, Bracen, Balen, Lilli, John Rowland, Josephine and Morley.
