He is survived by: his wife Christine Dodson Wall; his son Steve Wall (Vicki); his sister Joy Slate; his grandchildren, Heather Wall Hannequin (Christophe) and Courtney Wall Kerce (Brett); and his great grandchildren, Alexandre Hannequin, Caroline Hannequin, Brooke Elizabeth and Caleb Kerce. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
