He is survived by: his wife Crystal Bullins Smith; his daughters, Kayla, Shay Smith and Cheyann Knight; his sisters, Barbara Odell and Theresa McCollum (Mike); his parents-in-law, Randy and Kay Bullins; his brother Bobby; his sister-in-law Amy Bullins; and his aunt Linda Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
