He is survived by: his mother Mattie Frances Oakley Wilkins; his son Austin Levi Willard (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Emberlynn Sue Willard and Charles William Willard II; and his brothers, Artie McBride (Tina), Leslie McBride, Bradley McBride (Angela) and Kenneth McBride (Dawn Priddy Carter). He is also survived by aunts, nephews, and cousins.
