He is survived by: his mother Terry Johnson Butler; his stepfather David Butler; his daughter Dallas Swisher; his fiancé Carmen Brandel Shupe; his grandmother Helen Swisher; his brothers, Kenneth Swisher (Amy) and Jason Swisher (Kate); his granddaughter Laniyah; his close friends, Matt Brown and James Harvey Davis; his pets, Rosie, Belle, Princess and Rascal; his sister Shana Durham (Juan); and also, Janet Buss and Chucky Brandel (Shannon).
