It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Lipe (Saluda, North Carolina), born in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on February 5, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William C. Lipe and Faye Hughey Lipe; his wife Nita Hames High; his children, Melissa Hudson of Oregon, Beth Stiele of Sylva, NC and Daniel Lipe of Asheville, NC; his stepson Gabriel D. Armour of Boiling Springs, SC; his grandchildren, Christian, Joseph, Keegan, Sophie, Ally and Shelby; his sister Shelly Lipe of Florida; and his close friends, Cathy Waites, Donza Mattison, Rick McCall, Nate Thompson, Ollie and Gates.
