He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Morgan and Lucy Mae Russell Morgan; and his siblings, Barbara Bernice, Leland Ralph Morgan, Jr. and Larry Ronald Morgan.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Mae Anderson Morgan; his daughters, Tammy Page (Michael), Tangela Morgan (Chris Buchanan) and Tonya Pace (Wally); his grandchildren, Scarlett Frisbee, Cynthia Pace and Lathan Pace; and his great grandchild Iverlyn Shehan (Ivy).
