He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Huggins Morgan of Saluda, NC; his daughter Jessica C. Morgan; his brothers, Richard Leon Morgan (Judy) and Larry Ronald Morgan; and also Nathan Fugate. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew, great nieces and nephews, as well as a step granddaughter.
