He is survived by: his wife Rheta Johnson Foster; and his children, Reverend Randy Foster (Kenny) of Lexington, NC, Teresa Case (George) of Hendersonville, NC and Tonya Jackson (Mark) of Saluda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
