He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Samuel Pace and Hazel Blackwell Pace of Saluda; his wife Kelly Summey Pace; his stepchildren, Brent Welty of Hendersonville, Robert Welty (Darian) of Greensboro, Megan Read (Jacob Norwood) of Mill Spring, Hannah Strickland of Hendersonville, Jasmine Strickland of Hendersonville and Tori Strickland of Saluda; and his sisters, Sheila Morley (Tom) of Saluda, Debbie Pace (Ramon) of Tuxedo, Kathy Hayes of Columbus and Karen Burgess (Scott) of Amity, Ark.. He is also survived by nine step-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
