It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Gray Willis (Salter Path, North Carolina), who passed away on October 16, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Veto Willis; her daughter Beverly Kay Willis; her parents, Albert Guthrie and Addie Guthrie; her siblings, Violet Guthrie, James Guthrie, George Guthrie and Harvey Guthrie; and her grandson Kory Guthrie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Guthrie of Morehead City and Paula O'Neal (Tom) of Cumming, GA; her grandchildren, Sammy Guthrie Jr., Dana Avery, Troy Guthrie and Tommy O'Neal IV; and her great grandchildren, Vincent Avery, TJ Guthrie, Ian O'Neal, Amber O'Neal, Wiley O'Neal, Barnes O'Neal, Preston Bell and Talia O'Neal.
